Shipping Methods
Domestic Woodcarving Orders within Turkey: Unless “Special Delivery” is selected during checkout, orders are shipped by post via Standard Shipping using the most economical transit service and typically arrive within 1-2 working days after dispatch.
International Woodcarving Kit Orders: Sent via PTT’s Tracked service. Delivery takes between 10 to 14 days, depending on the region and any potential delays caused by customs checks.
Original Works: These will always be sent exclusively via DHL Express / FedEx using a Tracked and Insured service. Domestic purchases within Turkey arrive within 1-2 working days after dispatch, while international purchases arrive within 5-7 days, depending on the region and any customs delays.
Please note: These delivery times are estimates only and are subject to delays caused by third-party postal and courier services, as well as inspections by customs and import authorities in the buyer’s country. No responsibility can be accepted for such delays.
Customs and Import Duties
Orders are shipped from Turkey and, depending on the recipient’s country of residence, may be subject to customs inspections and import duties. We cannot accept any responsibility for delays or additional costs associated with customs checks and import duties. Import duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please consult your local authorities regarding the rules and costs of importing goods.
Returns
Returns are only accepted if the purchased item(s) do not match the description provided on the page. Returned items must be unused and unworn; refunds will only be issued once the item(s) have been received and inspected. Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable. Items must be returned to the address specified on the packaging.
Lost or Missing Orders
All orders are shipped via PTT’s “Tracked and Signed For” service (where possible) or via DHL Express, and proof of postage/shipping will be provided to you. Once dispatched, we cannot assume responsibility for delayed, missing, or lost orders; however, we will do everything reasonably within our power to follow up on orders reported to us and support inquiries with the relevant postal and customs services.
Important Note: PTT cannot initiate any investigation or tracking process regarding missing or lost items until at least 25 days have passed from the expected delivery date.
