Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy; this means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags still attached and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at bilgi@hudsonmohawk.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items returned to us without prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item so we can assess and rectify the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain item types are non-returnable; This includes perishable items (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom orders (such as personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, oils used for cleaning, or products cleaned outside of the care instructions. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific product, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for discounted items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get your desired product is to return your current item and, once the return is approved, make a separate purchase of the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and credit it to your account.
